About the Event

We are so excited to gather together with 80+ authors and vendors, including special guests Tomi Adeyemi, Hannah Whitten, Aparna Verma, Thea Guanzon, and Jasmine Walt!  See author lineup. Children 12 years and younger may attend the festival for free. For security reasons, you must wear your badge/lanyard at all times while visiting the festival.

Tomi Adeyemi's special Lit Talk session will be hosted in the UDC Theater of Arts, and it is included in the Celestial VIP ticket only. To attend other Lit Talk sessions, you must purchase the main Lit Talk Add-on ticket. Lit Talk seating is first-come-first-serve. Once the room is full, the door will be closed. One Lit Talk ticket gives you access to all of the main sessions, but you do not have to attend all. If you are purchasing a Phantasma ticket, you must have a Tomi Adeyemi Lit Talk Add-on to attend her session in the theater. Tomi Adeyemi will be signing for 3 hours only. Her queue will be open to all attendees, but we cannot guarantee that she will be able to see everyone within this time slot. Thank you for understanding!

Tickets are refundable only from December 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. A form will become available in order for you to essentially "sell" your unused ticket(s) back to us, after which our staff will resell it at face-value in the IBF website forum. Please note that there is no social or public forum to resell your tickets to others. The only option is a refund. Once the refund period has closed, tickets are non-refundable. All forum resales are final. Add-on tickets must be paired with a Celestial or Phantasma ticket; you cannot attend the festival with only an add-on ticket. Badge shipping will be available in March 2025 to Celestial VIP ticket-holders only. 

Imaginarium Book Festival (IBF) is a book festival for all kinds of readers, where incredible worlds can be discovered and explored. Our goal is to bring together authors and readers who share a love for the fantastical. Whether you are a newcomer to the SFF and paranormal genres, or a longtime fan, you're sure to find the story that makes you feel at home.

    This ticket includes a limited edition graphic tote bag, bag charm, and event swag. It also includes 2-day access to the author hall/apothecrafty, access to Tomi Adeyemi’s Lit Talk, a limited edition enamel bookmark, a badge + lanyard, and a good vs. evil graphic tee (designs to be revealed).

  • Lit Talk (Add-On)

    Lit Talk is similar to author panels, but better. Four categories, randomized questions, and discussions that engage the audience and keep you laughing. Authors get to geek out and be fans too! This ticket includes access to Lit Talk sessions on Friday and/or Saturday, an entry badge ribbon, and a limited edition 2025 Lit Talk acrylic pin. Lit Talk sessions are first-come-first-serve for seating. Door will close when the room has reached full capacity.

  • Lit Feud + Soirée (Add-On)
